030327-N-9593M-015 The Arabian Gulf (Mar. 27, 2003) -- An Aviation Boatswain's Mate motions to the deck edge operator to move the
shuttle in order to place the aircraft in tension, prior to launch from USS Abraham Lincoln (CVN 72). The deck edge operator moves
the shuttle forward slowly until the aircraft is in tension, that is, experiencing a slight pull from the shuttle while being held
by the hold-back bar. Lincoln and Carrier Air Wing Fourteen (CVW-14) are deployed to the Arabian Gulf in support of Operation Iraqi
