Угу? Совершенно без обиняков утверждается, что британский монарх является главой австралийского государства и обладает "определенными властными полномочиями", которые "являются выше всех других уровней правительства". И это вы вместе с Честнатом называете независимостью?! Ссылочка-то у вас самая что ни на есть официальная :)
