Actually the B-2 was first designed as a high altitude bomber but during the design phase, was re-designed as a low altitude bomber. The Air Force changed its mind as they thought it to be better to have the B-2 come in at low level to make it even harder to detect. Its only a matter of time before the B-2 can be seen on radar but then, what kind of RAM coating will it have in the future..:)
