U.S. Air Force’s new F-22 advanced tactical fighter is now undergoing preproduction testing after a decade of development. The aircraft’s avionics [27] rely on an Intel i960MX microprocessor that has a feature size of 0.8 micron. In terms of feature size, the i960MX processor is at least four technology generations behind the integrated circuits that China is capable of producing today.[28]

[28] The i960MX processor went out of commercial production in 1999. It has a rating of 5 to 10 million theoretical operations per second and runs at a speed of 20 megahertz.

И да, по мнению некоторых товарищей именно i960MX (их малый запас) не позволяют состоятся F-22J (в смысле экспортной версии F-22A для японцев):
